Mary received her B.A. in Sociology and Spanish Literature from Colgate University and her M.A. in Elementary Education from Sacred Heart University. Mary worked at Steppingstone for three years as a Reading and Writing teacher prior to joining the team full time in 2012. Throughout her time here, she has served as an Advisor, a member of the Teaching & Learning team, and Director of Preparation & Placement. Now focused on placement across the organization, Mary is thrilled to help Scholars and families access new educational opportunities.

Molly joined Steppingstone in 2024 as their Director of Placement. She received her Ed.M. in education leadership, organizations, and entrepreneurship from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Molly's experience includes teacher training, student advocacy, international teacher development, restorative re-engagement practices, curriculum creation, and independent consulting. She has been an instructor of Waldorf 1st grade, credit-recovery high school English, water safety, and the performing arts. Additionally, she has served on both K-8 and international school boards. One of her greatest passions is exploring the field of educational ethics, with the hope of contributing moral growth strategies for more accountable school leadership.
